I've only received part of my orderPartial shipments occur when an order has multiple items which can vary in size – this is because we ship them with different couriers as certain couriers wont take smaller items vice versa.

I can't find my order number or confirmation email?Don’t worry, we have got you covered!
This normally happens when an email address has been automatically added from PayPal and you don’t use that email linked to the PayPal account anymore.
It can also be down the the email being spelt incorrectly.
To receive your confirmation and change email address in your account please email us at [email protected] .

I need to update my shipping address on an order?If you have put in the wrong shipping address then we ask that you contact us immediately within 24 working hours.
If it’s any more than this we cannot guarantee a change of address will happen as your goods may be shipped.

My order hasn't arrivedIf your order hasn’t arrived and it has gone past our 10 working days delivery policy then please email [email protected] to get in touch with customer services. Our dedicated team would love to help!
Important:
Please check if our courier company has posted through a calling card, you may not have been in for delivery.

I still haven't received my refundIf you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you have had no luck then next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and it’s past 5 business days and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us by emailing [email protected]
Note:
It can take up to 5 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account.
